T.A.S.C. will host the 12th Annual Eastern Suffolk Trade Show on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2009 from 5:30 PM to7:30 PM with a sit-down dinner immediately following.  This trade show will be held at the Holiday Inn At MacArthur Airport, on Veterans Memorial Highway in the heart of Suffolk County. All travel agents from Long Island will be invited to attend, but we expect the majority to be from  Central and Eastern Suffolk County. This is a great opportunity for you to meet and promote your products and services to your Eastern Suffolk Travel Partners.  Reservations for this function will be accepted on a first received basis.  This will be a table top show with each exhibitor receiving a 'dressed' 6ft. table and an exhibitor sign.
TABLE TOP RENTAL COST:  $350.00

Please note that a $50.00 cancellation charge will be applied for any cancellation received after receipt of contract. No refunds after September 15, 2009.  Thank you.
